Will the OAT Professor continue to take payments from my credit card after my subscription has expired?
A.
No. We don't posses your credit card information nor do we have the ability to make a purchase on your behalf. If you so desire, you can purchase additional access time but you will have to enter your payment details again.

Do I need to install any software on my computer to use the OAT Professor?
A.
No. The OAT Professor only requires and Internet Browser and connection to the Internet. You should not have to install any additional software on your computer.
Q.
If my access time to the OAT Professor runs out, do I have to purchase a new membership or can I just extend my subscription?
A.
You will never have to buy a new membership to the OAT Professor. If you are a member and your subscription runs out, you only need to purchase additional access time.

I am a busy person. What happens if I start an exam and have to stop mid way through?
A.
The OAT Professor was designed to allow you to study when it is most convenient for you. Whenever you begin any set of questions, be it an exam or a random grouping, the OAT Professor remembers where you left off. If you leave a test prematurely, you can return by simply clicking on the "View and Finish Uncompleted Exams" link on your logged in home page.

How long does it take for my account to be activated after I register?

You can begin studying right after you have completed the purchase and registered.

What Internet browsers was the OAT Professor designed to work with?

The OAT Professor will work with all current Internet browsers. This includes Firefox, Netscape, Opera, and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

What operating system was the OAT Professor designed to work with?
A.
The OAT Professor will work with all current operating systems that support Internet browsers. This includes windows, macintosh, linux and various flavors of unix.
Q.
Do I need Cookies enabled on my browser for the OAT Professor to work?

Yes. Cookies allow the OAT Professor to distinguish you from others as your work on your studies.
